1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services of Universal Plumbing, located at 222 Hull Road, Rynfield, Benoni, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all plumbing services, including emergency repairs, geyser installations, drain cleaning, and backup water systems, provided by Universal Plumbing.

2. Services Provided
Universal Plumbing offers residential and commercial plumbing solutions, including but not limited to general plumbing, emergency repairs, burst geyser fixes, new geyser installations, blocked drain clearing, and reverse osmosis systems. All services are performed by licensed and insured plumbers. Service availability depends on your location within Pretoria, East Rand, and Sandton.

3. Pricing and Payments
We provide upfront quotes before starting any work. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfers, or other methods specified at the time of service. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in your quote.

4. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled by calling 071-896-7196 or emailing info@universalplumbing.co.za. We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee equal to the quoted service cost.

5. Emergency Services
Our 24/7 emergency plumbing services are available across our service areas. Response times vary based on location and demand. Additional charges may apply for after-hours or urgent repairs, as detailed in your quote.

6. Customer Responsibilities
You must provide safe access to the plumbing area and ensure the site is clear for our technicians. Any delays caused by inaccessible areas or incomplete information may affect service timelines and costs.

7. Liability and Guarantees
Universal Plumbing guarantees satisfaction with all completed work for 30 days, provided the issue stems from our service. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, misuse, or damage from natural disasters. All plumbers are insured, but coverage does not extend to client property unless caused by our negligence.

8. Privacy
We collect your name, contact number, email, and service details to provide and improve our services. This information is stored securely and not shared with third parties except as required by law or to complete your service.

9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if you engage in abusive behavior, fail to pay, or provide false information. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for completed work.

10. Changes to Terms
Universal Plumbing may update these terms as needed. Changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
